Declarations and Consent

1. I am over the age of 18 years and wish to become a member of Forestville RSL Club and request that you enter my name on the Register of Members accordingly. I agree to be bound by Forestville RSL Club's Constitution and any rules or by-laws of Forestville RSL Club from time to time that are in force. I have not been expelled, excluded or had my membership revoked, cancelled or terminated, from or in relation to Forestville RSL Club.

2. I consent to receiving marketing materials, advertising materials and other offer materials from Forestville RSL Club and companies in which Forestville RSL Club has an ownership interest, including but not limited to material relating to birthday rewards, prize draws, promotions, entertainment, food, beverage, gaming machines, gaming and the Forestville RSL Club Star Rewards loyalty program.

3. I understand that membership is not transferable and the fee, or any part there of is not refundable. Membership is prepaid Club membership which will continue, subject to the Club's constitution and the Registered Clubs Act 1976. I also consent to the automatic renewal of my membership when I have sufficient Forestville RSL Club Star Rewards Points.

4. All Club Members over 18 years are entitled to participate in Forestville RSL Club Star Rewards loyalty program (except for employees and contractors, who are subject to restrictions). I agree that my participation in the Forestville RSL Club Star Rewards loyalty program is subject to the Forestville RSL Club Star Rewards Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time).

Privacy Act

If you do not provide us your personal information we cannot process your membership application. The primary uses of personal information collected by Forestville RSL Club includes meeting the requirements of the Registered Clubs Act 1976, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006, the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988 and other relevant legislation, processing member applications, to identify you, to provide you goods and services, to record which goods and services you use, and to advertise opportunities and goods and services provided or offered by Forestville RSL Club, or companies in which the Forestville RSL Club has an ownership interest to you.

Forestville RSL Club may disclose your information to companies in which it has an ownership interest for the advertising of goods and services to you and it may disclose your personal information to third parties that provide services under contract to Forestville RSL Club. We would not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties unless if required by law. You can gain access to the information we hold on you by contacting our Privacy Officer.
